Domaine Quivy owns a vineyard of 7 hectares of old vines, farmed organically, across exclusive Gevrey-Chambertin Grands Crus, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru and Gevrey-Chambertin Village appellations.
It is currently managed by Gérard Quivy, who took over his wife's family domain in 1980 and is now the fourth generation winegrower in the family.
Wines produced by the Domain are elegant, dense and often need time in the cellar to fully express their greatness.
